David Gilardi is a Technical Evangelist at DataStax who is a total nerd for distributed databases with a particular interest in distributed graph. He has over 20 years of relevant experience in programming, database administration, cloud, server/network monitoring, and analytics.  Before his time at DataStax he was Senior Development Manager at Hobsons, an education services company, responsible for a flagship SaaS CRM product deployed on hybrid cloud using a combination of relational and NoSQL database technologies.

Gehrig Kunz, Product Marketing Specialist
Gehrig’s roles the past several years at DataStax have covered a range of marketing topics including fostering its open source community, market research, use case analysis, journey mapping, content, and messaging.  He’s worked in domains from business intelligence to distributed database systems as well as stints at Walt Disney; Jaspersoft, acquired by TIBCO; and Notehall, acquired by Chegg.  Gehrig is passionate about Game of Thrones and helping others learn how to build and scale cloud applications.
