Date: Wednesday, April 11, 2018
Time: 11:30am - 4:00pm PT
Location: Microsoft Technology Center | 755 N. Mathilda Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94085

Join DataStax and Microsoft at the Silicon Valley Microsoft Technology Center for a half-day session packed with tons of hands-on activities, industry use cases, and technical information on DataStax Enterprise (DSE) and Microsoft Azure! DSE and Azure provide the only hybrid data layer infrastructure for you to build and deploy distributed, always-on, real-time applications. We’ll cover the powerful features of DSE including Search, Analytics, Security, Graph, OpsCenter (a management tool), and more.

You are NOT signing up for a day of PowerPoint! This is a hands-on session, so you will learn by doing - not just watching. Each attendee will have a dedicated cluster of small DSE nodes with all tools, data, and notebooks deployed. This will allow each participant to fully experience a distributed database.

We will leverage our co-engineered solution in the Azure Marketplace for your hands-on experience. There will be a nominal Azure usage, but we will minimize costs by using the smallest VM possible.

*** Note: Each attendee must have an Azure account and must bring their own laptop to the session. Laptop must have a modern web browser and PuTTY installed from http://www.putty.org. ***

Seats are very limited for this event and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All attendees must be approved by DataStax. Lunch will be served.
